Rosalia is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Butler County, Kansas, United States. The 2020 census counted 149 residents. Rosalia is located approximately 12 miles east of El Dorado. Rosalia was platted in 1883. The Flinthills High School mascot is the Mustangs.
