About Streetsboro

Streetsboro is a Portage County city between Cleveland, Akron, and Kent. Long before Western Reserve settlement, Seneca people traveled through the area along Old Portage Trail, and that transportation role has continued in modern form through highways and regional commuting. Streetsboro once had Shady Lake Park, a small amusement park on Route 14, and today it has shopping, hotels, logistics, and neighborhoods tied to the Ohio Turnpike and Route 303.
