Vesta is a city in Redwood County, Minnesota, United States. The 2020 census counted 276 residents. Vesta was platted in 1899, and named after Vesta, Roman goddess of the hearth and home. Vesta was incorporated in 1900. That mix gives Vesta a clear local shape within Minnesota, with older layers still visible in current places.
