Weston, PA

Weston is a Luzerne County CDP in Black Creek Township, less than a mile east of Nuremberg and about eight miles west of Hazleton. The 2010 census counted 321 residents. It sits in the southwestern corner of the county among wooded hills and former coal-region roads, with Hazleton Area School District serving the local school population. Black Creek Township's scattered settlement pattern makes Weston part of a wider rural landscape, connected to nearby communities by roads that climb and fold through the hills. The broader township includes wooded ridges, small streams, and former mine-country cuts.

Weston Athletic Association Community Park gives the CDP a recognizable gathering spot, with recreation fields serving residents and nearby families. Hazleton supplies larger shopping, employment, and medical connections, while township roads link the homes around Weston to the regional network.
