White City metro township, UT

White City is a Salt Lake County community that began in 1955 when developers Ken White and Cannon Papanicholas laid out a new residential area. The first homes went up along Galena Drive in 1957. White City became a census-designated place, then a township in 2006 and a metro township in 2017; Utah changed the legal designation to city in 2024.
