Woodburn, KY

Located in southern Warren County, Woodburn is a quiet community surrounded by open farmland and scenic country roads. The town got its start in the early nineteenth century as a stagecoach stop called Mason's Inn, later growing into a small rail settlement when the Louisville and Nashville Railroad came through. Today, Woodburn retains that historic small-town feel while giving residents a direct commute along U.S. Route 31W straight into Bowling Green to the north or Franklin to the south.

Daily life here moves at a relaxed pace, with plenty of open space and a friendly, rural atmosphere. Woodburn functions as its own independent small city, with local leadership and historic homes set against the backdrop of south-central Kentucky farmland. For newcomers, the big draw is having a peaceful neighborhood and room to spread out, all while staying minutes away from the grocery stores, healthcare, schools, and entertainment throughout Greater Bowling Green.
